These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your access to and use of services offered by Pinpoint Skip, including website interactions, consultations, data purchases, and communication via GoHighLevel funnels.
2. Definitions
- “Client” means any individual or entity engaging with our website or services.
- “Data Services” means skip tracing, verification, and lead sourcing offered by Pinpoint Skip.
- “Third-Party Services” refers to integrated vendors such as Stripe, Meta Ads, and Google Analytics.
3. Client Responsibilities
You agree to use all provided data lawfully and in compliance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) and other applicable laws. You may not resell, redistribute, or misuse data for unlawful purposes.
4. Orders and Payment
All orders must be prepaid through Stripe. Once processed, orders are final. No cancellations or refunds are issued unless legally required or explicitly approved by Pinpoint Skip.
5. Third-Party Services Disclaimer
Pinpoint Skip is not responsible for performance, errors, or policies of any third-party providers, including hosting, CRM, analytics, or payment platforms.
6. Limitation of Liability
Pinpoint Skip’s total liability under this Agreement shall not exceed the total fees paid by the Client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
7. Indemnification
Client agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Pinpoint Skip and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from misuse of data or breach of this Agreement.
8. Governing Law and Severability
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, USA. If any provision is deemed unenforceable, the remaining sections shall remain in full force and effect.
