Homemade Chicken Sandwiches That Beat The Drive-Thru 🍔

Sometimes being a mom means hearing
“Can we get Mc.....?” 😂🍔

But lately I’ve been trying to stay away from it all and cook more at home, recreate some of our favorite comfort foods challenging myself.

So instead of the drive-thru, we made crispy homemade chicken sandwiches with fries right in the kitchen — fresh, crunchy, messy, and honestly SO worth it 😭

There’s something special about turning a simple craving into a family moment at home. Loud kitchen, kids waiting for food, everybody grabbing fries before dinner is even plated 😂

Not everything has to be fancy.
Sometimes the best memories are homemade food and being together 🦋

Chicken Patties

• ground chicken

• salt

• pepper

• garlic powder

• onion powder

• paprika

Coating

• 2 cups flour

• 1/2 cup cornstarch

• 1 tbsp paprika

• 1 tsp garlic powder

• 1 tsp onion powder

• 1 tsp black pepper

• 1 tsp salt

• 1/2 tsp cayenne

• 2 -3 egg
