The transition wasn't easy. In December 2021, Shar faced a pivotal moment when she was offered a multi-year, six-figure contract. Instead of accepting, she chose to give her notice, backed by the unwavering support of her husband and a burning desire to make a difference in women's lives.
"It was scary," Shar admits, "but something that I don't regret at all. It was the best move ever."
