Jason Pritchard

Jason began his real estate investing career in 2014 and in just seven years he has gone from a W2 employee to doing seventy-five flip and wholesale deals per year and managing a growing rental portfolio of 80+ units. He is a highly accomplished and self-directed sales professional with more than 20 years of progressively responsible operating and sales management experience across the real estate, non-profit, and education sectors.

Jason grew up in Fresno and has a strong connection to the Central Valley as well as the people who live here. His team understands what this community means to Jason and is equally as passionate about helping the residents in the Central Valley achieve the dream of homeownership. Providing affordable housing to the residents in this community is achieved through Jason’s privately owned business as well as through a non-profit organization called, The Building Better Communities Foundation. Jason’s mission is to add value to our local communities by renovating distressed properties, which in turn reduces neighborhood blight and increases overall property values. He believes that quality housing is an attainable dream for everyone, and works every day to help others achieve this goal.

I spent nearly 20 years in education and can honestly say, “I loved it!” However, as our company has grown, so has the need for me to play a larger role. In August 2022, I officially retired from my W-2 position, and my focus has quickly shifted from high school counseling to managing our companies’ finances, supporting the “fix and flip” portion of our business, and overseeing our rental properties. But, the best part of all is now having the freedom to travel and enjoy more time with my family!

Scott has been in the real estate market since 2018 with experience in both residential sales and investing. Scott works with each of the team members to create a seamless process for sellers in distressed situations. Scott’s role on the team involves communicating with the homeowners and discussing the objections they hope to achieve, then providing multiple options to achieve that goal. Scott also tracks the team’s major sales metrics to ensure we are performing to the best of our abilities in each situation we encounter. Scott also helps train and lead our coaching students to executed contracts and new opportunities.

As the Director of Operations, Cade serves as the counterpart to the owner of the company and is responsible for faithfully executing the business plan, achieving or exceeding metrics & objectives, and harmoniously leading, managing, and holding the team accountable for results. Cade plays a crucial role in the success of our real estate investment projects; he leads and oversees the Project Management Team, ensuring the seamless execution of fix & flip projects from acquisition to resale.

As a highly motivated business integrator with over five years of experience in business operations/development, financial management, and B2C sales and investments, Cade has a proven track record of driving the implementation of strategic plans and operational process improvements.

Morgan is our team’s Listing Agent and handles the sale of the majority of our projects. She thoroughly enjoys the experience of selling everything from higher-end remodeled homes to investment properties that need lots of TLC. No two transactions are ever the same and neither are the marketing strategies needed to sell them. Morgan tailors her approach to each listing and goes above and beyond to ensure a positive experience for everyone involved!

In addition to serving as our team’s listing agent, Morgan also plays a vital role in our coaching program. She thrives on helping others believe in themselves and finds so much joy in watching our students become savvy, confident investors who go on to make a difference in their communities and in their own lives through real estate investing.

He oversees all projects, ensuring our contractors and vendors deliver the project on time, at or under budget, and to the expectations of our team. Nakia also uses his unique skills to resolve maintenance issues at both our long-term and short-term rental properties.

Althea assists with transaction coordination, turns utilities on/off, orders insurance for all properties, approves phone orders, and requests weekly progress pictures/videos on all current rehabs. In the area of property management, Althea manages both our long-term rentals and Airbnb. She posts vacancies, screens prospective tenants, collects all documentation, schedules showings, sends lease agreements via DocuSign, responds to all maintenance requests, and schedules repairs.

Utilizing online software programs such as CallRail, Podio, and the scripts we have shared on this website, Lori is able to efficiently engage potential sellers via cold calling and text messaging campaigns. She follows up on all leads from our CRM. She also assists with reporting daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and other administrative tasks including, data scrubbing and tool maintenance.

Lalaine is our Escrow Manager and Transaction Coordinator. She reports directly to the Acquisitions & Leads Manager, as well as interacts with the Director of Operations, and others as needed. She takes pride in her ability to connect with people, build rapport, and create win/win scenarios on the transaction management side. Lalaine oversees and manages the entire escrow process from opening to closing. She effectively manages deadlines for every transaction, ensuring that each step is completed on time, while also doing her best to problem solve, gather necessary documents, and make it a smooth experience for everyone involved.
