Malacañang said President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. is wary of executive overreach amid renewed calls to expand access to Statements of Assets, Liabilities, and Net Worth (SALNs).

According to the Palace, the President’s caution centers on respecting constitutional boundaries and existing laws governing SALN disclosure.
