Full MEP and fit out works at Founders Quarter, Redhill

Lawsons Group Ltd delivered a broad package of works at Founders Quarter in Redhill, a residential development made up of 29 new build apartments.

Our scope included the full MEP package for all apartments and communal areas, along with external lighting, access-controlled gate installation and EV charging. We also carried out the dry lining package, painting and decorating throughout, and the show apartment fit out.

This was a project where joined-up delivery was important, with several trades and services needing to work together smoothly. By managing multiple parts of the package, we helped keep the finish consistent and the programme better coordinated.

All electrical work was certified through the NICEIC approved contractor scheme.
