Referral Reminder Details

We will be donating backpacks with 10 meals each to school children who are in need through the "kids first" organization. Over 10,000 kids across the country will be going back to school without a backpack, school supplies and hungry. This not only effects their ability to focus and learn, but it also crushes their self esteem and ability to cope with the incredible anxiety and fear that they unnecessarily feel under these circumstances and at their age...and at no fault of their own.

As a community, our goal is to do our part to alleviate as much pain as possible for these children. Our mission, should you choose to accept it is to donate over 100 backpacks with 10 meals each over the next 30 days. There are 2 ways to participate.

1) A $20 dollar donation will get 1 backpack w/100 meals

2) We will donate 3 backpacks on your behalf for every friend you introduce to us in order to [X benefit]. This knocks out 2 birds with 1 stone as they say.

Reminder Management

[Name] is responsible for creating the workflow that will send an announcement message with weekly reminders.

[Name] is responsible for writing the copy for the drive, including workflow messages & emails, Facebook posts, etc.

[Name] is responsible for collecting the donations & purchasing the backpacks, as well as sending out 'thank you' cards.

[Name] is responsible for tracking all referrals, and who they are coming from & give them to [Name] so we can purchase the # of backpacks for each referral.

[Name] is responsible for talking about the drive on all of our coaching/group calls and inside the facebook group & giving weekly updates on where we are in relation to our goal of 100 every week.

[Name] will manage and oversee the entire process & give weekly reports to our leadership team.

Leaderboard

Who doesn't LOVE seeing their name at the top of a leaderboard. If your clients have any affinity towards competition, leaderboards can be truly effective. They can be posted on your website, inside a Whatsapp group, posted in your client Facebook group or sent out in a monthly newsletter! You'll want to have weekly/monthly/quarterly rewards, as well as something BIG for the top 3 at the end of the year.

Shoutouts

Referral shoutouts are a powerful way to give recognition and incentivize people to continue referring. They provide an element of proximity, especially if the person doing the shoutout is the owner/face of the company. You can do this inside Facebook groups, on weekly group coaching calls, in newsletters and more.

Raffles

People will do anything for raffle tickets these days, lol. Monthly, quarterly and yearly raffles are a great way to gamify your referral program. They can get tickets for every referral, review and any other action you want them to take. Just make sure that the drawings have services/items that have a HIGH perception of value!
