When you opt in to receive SMS messages from us, you may receive appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, follow-ups related to your inquiry, service notifications, and, if separately selected, marketing text messages about special offers, discounts, and service updates.
By submitting your phone number and explicitly opting in, you agree to receive SMS text messages from Danny K Ventures LLC at the phone number provided.
SMS Cancellation and Re-Enrollment
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP” to +1 570-354-0519. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.
If you want to join again, simply sign up as you did the first time and we will resume sending SMS messages to you again.

As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive messages as needed based on your inquiry, appointment activity, or engagement with our services. Message frequency may vary. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
Mobile Information Sharing
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, CRM platforms, or messaging service providers, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this website, submit information, or receive communications from Danny K Ventures LLC. By using our services, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older.
