By accessing our website and utilizing the services of Digital Task Pros, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Services Provided

Digital Task Pros provides digital automation, CRM setup, and system architecture services. The specific scope of work, timelines, and deliverables will be outlined in your individual System Plan or Proposal.

3. Payment Terms

Payments for services (e.g., The Foundation, The Growth System) are processed securely via our payment gateway (Stripe). Work will only commence once payment has been successfully processed and the Client Intake Survey has been completed.

4. SMS Communications Policy

Digital Task Pros utilizes SMS to send appointment reminders and essential service updates.

a. Consent: By submitting a form with your phone number, you agree to receive text messages. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

b. Opt-Out: You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP.

c. Assistance: For help, reply HELP.

d. Costs: Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier.

5. Intellectual Property

All custom workflows, automations, and system architectures built inside the client's workspace become the property of the client upon final delivery and full payment. However, Digital Task Pros retains the right to use non-confidential system frameworks for portfolio and marketing purposes.

6. Limitation of Liability

Digital Task Pros is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our provided systems or third-party software (e.g., GoHighLevel, Zapier).
