Live sessions are non-refundable once delivered. Private or personalized sessions are non-refundable once purchased.
This policy exists to honor both participant discernment and facilitator preparation.

and nervous-system safety. Participation in community spaces is a privilege, not an entitlement.
Participants agree to:
Take responsibility for their own experience
Communicate respectfully and from personal experience
Maintain confidentiality
Refrain from diagnosing, fixing, or advising others
Honor facilitator boundaries
Harassment, manipulation, discrimination, or inappropriate conduct will result in removal without refund.
By enrolling in any Wakana Institute program or community space, you agree to abide by these guidelines.
