You’re responsible for maintaining login security and ensuring your usage complies with all laws.
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. You agree to all charges. No refunds after the trial unless required by law.
You are responsible for obtaining consent from recipients and complying with A2P 10DLC, TCPA, and local laws. You must honor opt-outs immediately.
All content, features, and branding belong to Mopware. Unauthorized use is not allowed.
We may suspend or cancel your account for violations or abuse of the platform.
Mopware is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee uptime, performance, or specific outcomes.
We are not liable for indirect damages, data loss, or misuse resulting from your use of our services.
We may update these terms and will notify you of important changes. Continued use means acceptance.
