Terms of Service for BLNX Consulting LLC Effective Date: 12/1/2025

BLNX Consulting does not provide medical diagnosis, medical treatment, clinical supervision, or patient care. All products are intended only for licensed medical professionals. We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue offerings at any time.
4. Account Registration Users may be required to create an account and verify medical or professional credentials to access restricted features. You agree to provide accurate information, maintain confidentiality of credentials, and accept responsibility for all activity under your account. We may deny or revoke access if professional requirements are not met.
5. User Responsibilities You agree to purchase and use products only as permitted by law and professional licensure, ensure all treatments are performed by appropriately licensed personnel, comply with all medical and regulatory requirements, not misuse, resell, or unlawfully redistribute products, and refrain from any illegal or unethical use of the Services. All clinical outcomes and compliance obligations are solely your responsibility.
6. Payment and Billing You agree to pay all applicable fees, taxes, and charges associated with product purchases. You must provide accurate billing information and authorize us to process payments through accepted methods. Billing disputes must be submitted within 30 days.

Limitation of Liability BLNX Consulting LLC is not liable for adverse reactions, patient outcomes, improper product use, regulatory violations, off-label use, or misuse. Our liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product or Service in the twelve months prior to the claim.
12. Indemnification You agree to indemnify and hold BLNX Consulting LLC harmless from claims arising from medical procedures performed with our products, misuse of products, regulatory violations, or unauthorized resale.
13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Orlando, Florida. You waive any right to participate in class actions.
14. Force Majeure BLNX Consulting LLC is not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, government actions, or technological failures.
15. Severability If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
16. Entire Agreement These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and referenced agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and BLNX Consulting LLC.
