Certain Services are billed on a subscription basis (“Subscription”). You will be billed in advance on a recurring schedule (monthly, quarterly, or annually, depending on your plan). You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges. Cancellations do not entitle you to refunds for prior billing periods.
All content, code, designs, and materials created by or provided through Local Lift Technologies remain the property of Local Lift Technologies or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reuse any materials without written permission.
You are responsible for providing accurate business information, responding promptly to our communications, and maintaining access to your accounts or platforms. Delays in providing required information may extend delivery timelines.
Local Lift Technologies is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Services. Our total liability for any claim related to this agreement shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the previous 30 days.
We make every effort to keep our systems running smoothly, but we do not guarantee that the Services will be available at all times. Temporary outages may occur for maintenance, updates, or unforeseen issues.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, nonpayment, or misuse of our Services. You may also terminate your account by providing written notice to [email protected].

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be handled in the appropriate courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.
