Terms Of Service

By enrolling in or accessing the Qualified Hires in 48 Hours Guaranteed Program (“Program”), you (“Client”) agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). These Terms guide your participation and outline both parties' responsibilities. Please read carefully before enrolling. By joining, you acknowledge you’ve read, understood, and agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, do not participate in or use our services.

1. Conditional Guarantee

If you fully meet all required obligations and we fail to deliver any Qualified Hires within 48 hours, you will not owe any fees. This is a performance-based service if we don’t deliver results, you don’t pay. All obligations and expectations are outlined in the Program Agreement. Partial compliance or failure to meet agreed inputs voids this guarantee.

2. Client Responsibility

You must review and understand these Terms before enrolling. By engaging our services, you confirm you’ve read, accepted, and will follow these Terms. We’re not responsible if you fail to understand or comply with these Terms.

3. Respectful Conduct

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for abusive, rude, discriminatory, or harassing behavior toward our team. Any such behavior, as determined solely by our team, will result in immediate termination of access to the Program and voids any eligibility for the guarantee claim.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we’re not liable for any loss or damage (direct, indirect, or consequential) from the Program, including lost profits, hiring delays, or unmet expectations. Our liability is limited to the Program Fee paid by you. These Terms do not waive any non-excludable rights under applicable North Carolina consumer protection laws.

5. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by North Carolina law. Disputes go to binding arbitration in Charlotte, North Carolina, under American Arbitration Association rules. Non-arbitrable matters will be handled in the courts of Charlotte, North Carolina.
