Welcome to Code of Life Pilates! These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our services, website, and facilities. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Studio Policies

Class Bookings

All classes must be booked in advance through our online booking system, Mindbody Online, or by contacting the studio directly.Walk-ins are subject to availability.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before the scheduled class to avoid charges.Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee or result in the loss of the class credit.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive more than 10 min late to class, you may not be permitted to participate for safety reasons.

Studio Etiquette

Please arrive on time, wear appropriate workout attire, and bring a water bottle and towel. Refrain from using cell phones or other disruptive devices during class. Be respectful to instructors, staff, and fellow participants.

2. Memberships and Packages

Payment Terms

Memberships and class packages must be paid in full at the time of purchase. All purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise specified.

Expiration

Class packages may have expiration dates, which will be clearly stated at the time of purchase. Unused sessions will not be refunded or extended beyond the expiration date.

Membership Cancellation

Memberships can be canceled or paused with written notice 30 days before the next billing cycle.

3. Liability Waiver

By participating in classes or using our facilities, you acknowledge and agree:

To assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries, or damages that may occur during your participation. To release Code of Life Pilates, its owners, instructors, and staff from any claims, liabilities, or expenses arising from your use of our services.That it is your responsibility to consult with a physician before starting any fitness program.

4. Health and Safety

Participants must inform the instructor of any medical conditions, injuries, or special needs before starting class.Code of Life Pilates reserves the right to refuse service to anyone whose condition or behavior poses a risk to themselves or others.All clients must adhere to the studio’s hygiene and safety protocols, including the use of any provided sanitizing products.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and videos, is the property of Code of Life Pilates. You may not copy, distribute, or reproduce any materials without prior written permission.

6. Termination of Services

Code of Life Pilates reserves the right to terminate services or memberships at its discretion for violations of these Terms and Conditions or inappropriate behavior.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website with the "Effective Date" updated accordingly.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida.

You agree to receive informational messages (class reminders, account notifications, etc.) from PerfectlyPilates, LLC, d/b/a Code of Life. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
