Pilates‑based rehabilitation
Manual therapy techniques (e.g., Myofascial Release, Strain‑Counter strain, Trigger Point Therapy, neurological release)
Online exercise‑video guides, taping tutorials, and complimentary products (e.g., pain‑free roll‑on)
All services are provided by licensed and qualified professionals. The Site does “not” provide medical diagnosis, prescription, or emergency care. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or seek immediate professional assistance.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Site and schedule services. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.
4. User Responsibilities
Accurate Information – You agree to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information when creating an account, filling out intake forms, or communicating with us.
Compliance – You will follow all instructions given by our therapists and adhere to any recommended home‑exercise programs.
Prohibited Conduct – You may not (i) upload illegal, defamatory, or infringing content; (ii) interfere with the Site’s operation; (iii) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site; or (iv) use the Site for any unlawful purpose.
5. Payments & Refunds.
Payment– All fees for services must be paid in full at the time of booking unless a payment plan has been expressly agreed upon in writing. Payments may be made by cash, credit/debit card, or other methods we accept.
Insurance– Carlos Diaz does not bill insurance on your behalf Any insurance coverage is your responsibility.
Refunds will be done only for any physical products and you will have to show the purchse receipt to get full refund after 30 days.
– Cancellations made at least 24 hours before a scheduled appointment will receive a full refund or credit, at our discretion. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior may be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 50 % of the scheduled session price. No refunds are provided for services already rendered.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site (text, graphics, logos, images, video, audio, software, and data compilations) is the property of Coral Gables DBA Your Global Store LLC or its licensors and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual‑property laws.
You may view, download, and print content for personal, non‑commercial use only. Any other use (including reproduction, distribution, modification, or creation of derivative works) requires prior written permission.
7. Privacy of communication
Pilates reformer classes and physical therapy; you consent that campaigns will be used to send marketing messages and special offers via text messages from Your Global Store LLC. Any campaign is going to be use for appointment reminder and notification messages.
