Drop-In Visits
Whether you're working late or heading out for the day, our sitters make life easier for you and your pets. Book 20-minute, 40-minute, or 1-hour visits at your preferred time. Each visit can include walks or backyard play, feeding, and litter box cleaning.
Overnight in Your Home
A team member stays in your home for 12 hours (dinner through breakfast) to care for your pets, keep your home secure, bring in mail, and water plants - ensuring comfort and safety for both your pets and your home.
Stay at Sitter’s Home
Your pet can enjoy a comfortable “vacation” at the sitter’s home, where they’ll receive personal, attentive care. In most cases, your pet will be the only one staying, ensuring a safe environment and one-on-one attention.
Day boarding:
Available either in your home or at the sitter’s home, this option is ideal for pets who need constant companionship. Your pet will enjoy feeding, walks, and playtime throughout the day - and at the sitter’s home, they’ll be the only pet receiving full attention.

All you need to know about working with me and how your pets will be cared for.
What area do you service?
Gulf beaches from Pass A Grille to Dunedin, St. Petersburg, Gulfport, and soon to be all of Pinellas County and more!
How much is it if I have more than 1 pet?
Drop in visits there will be an additional $5 fee per pet (cats and birds can be up to 2 more for $5)
Overnight in your home or @ sitters will be $15/pet (cats and birds can be up to 2 more for $15/night)
Do you have Holiday Surcharges?
Yes. (I have different surcharges for different Holidays so I am thinking here we should put a link to navigate to that page?)
Do you have any breed or animal restrictions?
Each sitter offers different availability for certain animals/breeds. (NOT sure if we need to add a filter when they are choosing their sitter based on breed or type of animal?)
Do you have a refund or cancelation policy?
Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Just Call Jill, we understand that plans can change. The following refund and cancellation policy is in place to ensure fairness to both our clients and our sitters.
Standard Services
• 7 days or more notice prior to the scheduled service: 100% refund
• 2–6 days notice prior to the scheduled service: 50% refund
• 48 hours or less notice prior to the scheduled service: No refund
Holiday Services
Holiday bookings require double the standard notice due to high demand:
• 14 days or more notice: 100% refund
• 4–13 days notice: 50% refund
• 72 hours or less notice: No refund
Holiday dates are determined at the sole discretion of Just Call Jill.
Additional Terms
• All cancellation notices must be submitted in writing (email or booking platform timestamp).
• Refunds, when applicable, will be issued to the original form of payment.
• Missed visits or early returns are non-refundable.
Policy Modifications
Just Call Jill reserves the right to amend, modify, or waive this policy at any time, at its sole discretion, including on a case-by-case basis.
