The Detroit Economic Growth Corporation (DEGC), on behalf of the City of Detroit, is seeking qualified development teams or end users to acquire and develop a 22.167-acre parcel at the former Rogell Golf Course, located at 22333 West Seven Mile Road in Northwest Detroit. This highly visible site is positioned adjacent to a planned regional park and along a major commercial corridor with significant daily traffic. The City is seeking thoughtful, high-quality development concepts that may include institutional, healthcare, educational, mixed-use, retail, housing, or recreational uses and that integrate a strong recreational and community benefit component. Proposals should demonstrate market feasibility, design excellence, financial capacity, and alignment with the Rogell Master Plan and neighborhood framework goals, with submissions due by June 23, 2025
