Access: For mobile services, you must ensure that we have safe and legal access to the vehicle, aircraft, or boat at the agreed-upon location and time.
Rescheduling/Cancellations: We understand plans change. Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance for any rescheduling or cancellations to avoid potential no-show fees.
Weather Conditions: In cases of inclement weather that may affect service quality or safety, we reserve the right to reschedule services. We will communicate any such changes promptly.
Quotes: All quotes are estimates based on the information provided. Final pricing may vary depending on the actual condition of the vehicle/aircraft, boat and additional services requested.
Payment: Payment is due upon completion of services, unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept major credit/debit cards through Stripe, with options for Apple Pay/Google Pay, Klarna, Affirm, Zelle and Cash.
Deposits: For certain services or larger projects, a non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your booking.
Preparation: While not always required, removing personal belongings from your vehicle/craft before our arrival can help us perform our services more efficiently.
Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate and complete information when booking services or communicating with us.
Safety: You are responsible for ensuring the safety of our technicians while on your property or at the service location.
Satisfaction: We strive for 100% customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with our service, please notify us within 24 hours of service completion so we can address your concerns.
Existing Damage: We are not responsible for pre-existing damage to your vehicle, aircraft, or boat. We will note any significant existing damage prior to commencing work.
Ceramic Coating Warranty: Ceramic coatings come with specific care instructions and warranties. Adherence to these instructions is crucial for the longevity of the coating and warranty validity.
