The Program Manager provides leadership and oversight for Zion Healing Academy’s DSPD/HCBS programs, ensuring high-quality, person-centered services. 

The Program Manager provides leadership and oversight for Zion Healing Academy’s DSPD/HCBS programs, ensuring high-quality, person-centered services that support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. This role oversees staff, ensures regulatory compliance, and maintains excellence in daily program operations. 
 
 
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 
- Ensure health, safety, and well-being. 
- Supervise DSPs. 
- Maintain compliance with DSPD/HCBS rules. 
- Oversee documentation. 
- Liaise with coordinators and guardians. 
 
QUALIFICATIONS 
- HS Diploma required; degree preferred. 
- Previous experience preferred. 
- CPR/First Aid. 
- Background check.
