managing federal construction contracts. Jim has successfully managed contracts

for the Army Corps of Engineers, Department of Veterans Affairs, Federal Bureau

of Prisons, Department of Defense, and NAFAC. Jim has a bachelor's degree in

Mechanical Engineering Technology and holds multiple sustainable building

construction certifications including LEED AP BC + D, Green Globes Professional

(GGP), and Guiding Principles Compliance Professional (GPCP). Jim is also a

certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
