How does onboarding work?
It’s simple. Once you sign your Independent Contractor Agreement, REAL’s team gets your profile set up, and I’ll personally walk you through connecting your tools, CRM, and systems. Most agents are fully active within a week.
Will I have to change my brand or team name?
No. REAL believes in letting agents own their personal brand. You can keep your existing logo, team name, website, and marketing—REAL just powers the backend so you can run it more efficiently.
If you choose to join the RISE Agent Network, we eliminate the cost of rebranding—new members receive a free rebrand kit for their personal business.
Is Real Broker right for new agents?
Yes. New agents get access to mentorship, live training, and a community that actually shares information. You’ll get guidance, not gatekeeping.

How soon can I start earning stock and revenue share?
Immediately after joining. You earn stock when you hit production milestones, attract agents, or contribute to the company’s culture. Revenue share begins once you bring on your first agent.
