3. Subscriptions & Payments

  • All payments are processed through Stripe.

  • Plans automatically renew unless canceled.

  • You may cancel anytime, and your access remains until the end of the billing cycle.

  • Refunds are handled at our discretion or as required by law.

4. AI Outputs

Career Ace provides AI-generated content. You acknowledge:

  • Outputs may not be perfect or accurate

  • You are responsible for how you use the information

  • We are not liable for hiring outcomes or employment decisions

  • Career Ace is a preparation tool, not a guarantee of job placement.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of the materials you upload (resumes, job descriptions, etc.).

You grant us permission to process this content solely to provide and improve the Service.

6. Prohibited Use

You may not:

  • Use the platform to generate harmful, illegal, or discriminatory content

  • Scrape, clone, or reverse-engineer the system

  • Share your account with others

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for:

  • Violating these Terms

  • Fraudulent activity

  • Abusive behavior or misuse of the platform

  • You may delete your account at any time.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law:

  • Career Ace is provided “as-is” without warranties.

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
