Refund For Falesha Raquel Master Mind BOOTCAMP For Entrepreneurs

we are committed to delivering a high-quality, transformative experience for all participants in our Master Mind BOOTCAMP for Entrepreneurs. We understand that sometimes, unforeseen circumstances may arise, necessitating a change in your plans. Our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent, ensuring that all participants are aware of their rights and obligations.

Refund Eligibility

Refund requests must be made in writing via email to [email protected]. The eligibility for a refund is determined based on the following criteria:

Refund Requests Submitted 30 Days or More Before Event Start Date:
- Participants who request a refund 30 days or more before the start date of the bootcamp are eligible for a full refund, minus a processing fee of $100.
Refund Requests Submitted Less Than 30 Days but More Than 14 Days Before Event Start Date:
- Participants who request a refund less than 30 days but more than 14 days before the start date of the bootcamp are eligible for a 50% refund of the registration fee.
Refund Requests Submitted 14 Days or Less Before Event Start Date:
- Participants who request a refund 14 days or less before the start date of the bootcamp are not eligible for a refund. However, they may transfer their registration to another person or receive a credit towards a future event.

Transfer of Registration

If you are unable to attend the bootcamp, you may transfer your registration to another individual. The request for transfer must be made in writing via email to [email protected] at least 7 days before the event start date. There is no fee for transferring your registration.

Credit Towards Future Events

Participants who are unable to attend the bootcamp and are not eligible for a refund may receive a credit towards a future event. The credit is valid for one year from the date of the originally scheduled bootcamp. To request a credit, please contact us at [email protected]

Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that exceptional circumstances may arise (e.g., medical emergencies, natural disasters). In such cases, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your situation. We will review each case individually and strive to provide a fair resolution.

No-Show Policy

Participants who do not attend the bootcamp and have not provided notice according to the guidelines above will not be eligible for a refund or credit.

Changes to This Policy

Falesha Raquel Inc. reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will be effective immediately upon posting. It is the participant's responsibility to review the policy periodically.
