A Note From Our Founder

As a Qualified Tradie, I saw a massive gap between the high-tech world of AI and the high-vis world of the Australian trade industry. While technology was advancing, estimators and office teams were still stuck in the 'Sunday Night Grind'—manually counting symbols on floor plans until their eyes blurred and guesstimating quotes hoping they weren't gonna go under.

I founded Phazed AI to bridge that gap. We didn't build this to replace the expertise of a master tradie; we built it to remove the 'nitty-gritty' friction that stops a good business from becoming a great one. Does it work with Australian (AS/NZS) symbols?

100%. We don’t use generic software. Phazed AI is specifically calibrated for the Australian market and the AS/NZS 3000 standard symbol library. From weatherproof GPOs to specific smoke alarm types, it knows the difference.

How accurate is the AI "Count" compared to a human?

In our head-to-head tests, the AI averages 99.8% accuracy. Unlike a human estimator who might be tired at 8 PM on a Sunday, the AI doesn't "blink." It scans every pixel of the PDF to ensure no light switch or data point is missed.

Is my client’s data secure?

Absolutely. We take site security seriously. All floor plans are processed via AES-256 encryption and are never shared with third parties. Your intellectual property and your clients' site locations stay private.

How do I get the results into my actual quote?

Once the AI finishes the scan, it generates a CSV or Excel export that you can drag straight into your quoting software (like SimPRO, AroFlo, or Xero). We can also set up a custom integration to push the data directly into your GHL workflow.

Is this going to replace my Office Admin?
