BCH Board Member: Punam Dulal - 2025 to 2027

Punam Dulal is a dedicated community advocate with a strong background in education, social services, and grassroots development. She led educational and health initiatives for underserved populations in India; Punam now resides in Enola, PA, and continues her commitment to service within the Bhutanese community of Harrisburg.

She holds a Master’s degree in History from North Bengal University and brings strong leadership, multilingual communication, and volunteer coordination skills to every role she undertakes. Deeply rooted in Bhutanese cultural values, Punam is passionate about uplifting her community and fostering collective well-being.

L.B. Subba is a former member of the Board of Directors at the Bhutanese Community in Central Pennsylvania (BCCPA), formerly known as BCH. During his time with the organization, he brought strong leadership and a deep commitment to community service. Outside of BCCPA, L.B. has built a path as a home-based entrepreneur with a passion for online business automation. His unique blend of grassroots experience and digital expertise has helped others in the community discover new economic opportunities and harness technology for self-reliance. Whether mentoring budding entrepreneurs or contributing to BCCPA’s early strategic direction, L.B. has consistently demonstrated a commitment to uplifting, empowering, and inspiring those around him.
