I NEED A VA – November Highlights: Leadership, Impact & Community in Action

December 01, 20256 min read

November was a standout month for I NEED A VA, filled with growth, powerful community service, meaningful client wins, and remarkable leadership from our very own CEO, Brittany Bettini.

Her vision, guidance, and hands-on involvement elevated not only our team but also the communities we proudly serve. Brittany reminded us that true leadership is not about position. It is about presence, compassion, and the willingness to show up for others. When a leader leads with heart, everyone around them rises higher.

This month was a reflection of that spirit. Here is a look at everything we accomplished together:

Halloween Contest Recap

Our creative team wowed us with costumes that brought fun, laughter, and connection to our virtual space. The talent, effort, and imagination everyone showed made this year’s celebration unforgettable. It was a reminder that creativity has no boundaries and that team spirit stays alive no matter where we are working from.

Events like this keep our community strong and remind us that even in a remote environment, we stay united, connected, and full of spirit!

Client Success & VA Recognition

CLIENT FEEDBACK

We began the month celebrating a glowing testimonial for our VA, Yolanda, who was praised for her speed, dedication, and remarkable consistency in improving every single day. Her success is a reflection of the strong training she has received, the supportive leadership that guides her, and the company culture we have built that is rooted in excellence, growth, and a genuine commitment to helping our clients thrive.

What makes Yolanda’s story even more meaningful is that it represents the heart of I NEED A VA. Our team is filled with individuals who show up with passion, learn quickly, and continuously elevate the level of service they provide. Her progress is not accidental. It is the result of intentional development, an environment that nurtures talent, and a team that believes in empowering every VA to reach their fullest potential.

Leadership That Inspires

CEO

This month highlighted just how exceptional our CEO truly is. Brittany did not simply guide from behind the scenes. She stepped in, taught, served, gave back, and represented I NEED A VA on powerful platforms.

Her influence was everywhere:

She trained our team personally
On Day 1 of our 3-Day Bootcamp, Brittany led an in-depth training on AI prompts, lead magnet planning, and client journey mapping. She did not have to take on this role, but she chose to. This level of CEO involvement is rare, empowering, and a clear example of why I NEED A VA continues to grow with strength and integrity.

🎙 She Appeared on Major Podcasts
Brittany was featured on the Profit Your Knowledge Podcast, where she shared powerful insights on delegation, leadership, and scaling with purpose. In this episode, she breaks down the systems and mindset shifts that helped position I NEED A VA as a global authority in virtual assistance.

She championed local community support initiatives
Brittany helped spearhead a $1,400 food donation delivered to The Storehouse of Henderson County, an organization that once supported her family during difficult times. Through this partnership, families in Henderson County received essential food assistance ahead of the holiday season. Brittany’s leadership and commitment to giving back helped ensure that vulnerable families would not go without support.

She empowered global relief efforts
In response to Typhoon Tino in Cebu, Brittany supported the I NEED A VA internal team in the Philippines as they led relief efforts on the ground. Together, they sponsored a donation drive that provided essential household items, food, and comfort to families across Liloan and Compostela. Thanks to the compassion and dedication of the Cebu team, many households received much-needed assistance during a challenging time.

She uplifted women through empowerment events
At the Re-Group Women’s Empowerment Collective, Brittany created a safe space for women to heal, grow, and connect. Her leadership continues to reach far beyond business and into the lives of women who need encouragement and community.

🔥 She was featured as a speaker for a major 2025 leadership event
Her growing influence continues to elevate the visibility and credibility of I NEED A VA.

When your CEO leads with both heart and excellence, the entire company becomes unstoppable.

🎓 3-Day Training Bootcamp

This November, our team leveled up through an intensive internal bootcamp led by some of our strongest talents. Each session was designed to strengthen skills, build confidence, and equip our VAs with powerful tools to support our clients at an even higher level. The dedication, patience, and expertise poured into this training created an environment where learning was not only encouraged but celebrated.

A huge thank you to these leaders for raising the bar and empowering our VAs to deliver world-class service. Their commitment to teaching, guiding, and investing in our team reflects the standard of excellence we uphold at I NEED A VA.
Because when our VAs grow, our clients grow, and our entire community rises together.

Cebu Typhoon Relief Mission — Heart in Action

donation drive

After Typhoon Tino struck Cebu, our Philippines team bravely delivered relief goods to families in remote mountainous areas. This outreach was led on the ground by our Client Success Manager, Cynthia, along with her family and friends who stepped up with compassion and strength to support this mission.

Thanks to Bettini Community Charities, Clean Streak Incorporated, Cynthia’s leadership, and the dedication of our internal teams, thousands of families received emergency support, food, and essential supplies. Their willingness to show up, serve, and connect with the community made a meaningful impact during a time of great need.

This was not just aid.
It was compassion, courage, and humanity in action.
We are incredibly proud of our entire I NEED A VA family for embodying these values when it mattered most.

Gratitude & Honor

We wrapped the month with two important moments of reflection and gratitude:

veterans

US Veterans Day, honoring the brave men and women whose service and sacrifice protect the freedoms we enjoy every day. Their courage reminds us of the strength found in dedication and commitment.

🦃 Thanksgiving, a celebration of the partnerships, people, and purpose that fuel our mission. We are grateful for our clients who trust us, our VAs who give their best, and the freedom that delegation creates for business owners and families around the world.

At I NEED A VA, gratitude is not something we express only once a year. It is part of our foundation, our culture, and the way we show up for one another. We believe that appreciation strengthens teams, deepens relationships, and builds a community where everyone can thrive.

In Summary: A CEO Who Leads by Example

November made one thing clear:

I NEED A VA is powered by a CEO who does more than lead. She inspires.
Brittany Bettini shows up for her team, her clients, her community, and for women everywhere who need an example of what strength, resilience, and purpose-driven leadership look like. She trains, she serves, she speaks, she gives, and she builds. Her commitment is felt in every corner of our organization and in every life she touches.

Her leadership sets I NEED A VA apart. It is the reason our agency continues to grow with integrity, impact, and purpose. Brittany leads with heart, vision, and action, and she empowers others to rise with her.

Here is to more growth, more empowerment, and more moments of leadership we can all be proud of.
