Terry uses his own laptop (see image to see specs of the laptop) and it is critical that it’s located on-stage with him and not at the back or the side of the room with the audio/visual company or another individual and a “clicker.”
Terry’s presentation is packed with humor. In comedy, timing is everything. He uses tons of video clips and audio and the A/V company will not know his exact timing. Imagine what would happen if an A/V person flashed the Oscar winner on the screen while the nominees were still being announced. Not good.
The sponsor is responsible for providing the screen and the projection system for audiences over 200.
To make sure your audience gets the full Terry Watson experience, here’s everything needed to set the room up for success. The goal is simple, high energy, full engagement, zero technical surprises.

A high-quality wireless lavalier microphone. Clear audio is non-negotiable because when the room hears every word, they lean in and stay with us.

A large screen with professional projection that allows slides to be easily seen from the back of the room. If you have multiple screens, even better—every seat becomes a front-row seat.

Terry brings his own laptop and clicker. He connects directly to your system to eliminate delays and tech hiccups.

Terry’s presentation includes audio and video, the house system should be able to play sound directly from Terry’s laptop through the main speakers.

Terry works best with seating that keeps the room tight and energized. The closer the audience is to the front, the stronger the engagement. Avoid large gaps or empty space if possible.
If you have any questions or unique room challenges, reach out. Terry is easy to work with and fully committed to making sure your event runs flawlessly from start to finish. Let’s create an experience your audience will never forget.
