I believe in realistically and skillfully designed plans that challenge and push you out of your comfort zone while remaining sustainable and enjoyable. The journey is the most important part, and I’m here to make sure you enjoy it and learn from it.

Through your online journey with me, it is important to me that I teach you rather than just instruct you. I want to serve as your guide in finding your balance and developing strong habits that you can carry through life long after you work with me. You will learn how to implement a strong fitness routine that works for YOU and together we will start to build you a

lifestyle change


rather than just a quick fix, all while staying on track with your goals. Whatever your goals may be, I’m here every step of the way to SMASH them with you. Personalized Training Plan

This includes updates to your training program every 4-6 weeks depending on your goals.

Gym or Home options

Your plan will take into consideration your preferences and resources available!

Access to my Training Platform

This will help to centralize all your plans and progress, making it easy to manage. This also includes interactive features like demo videos for exercises.

Support from me

You will have in-app direct messaging access to me as your coach for help, advice, readjustment, etc. We will do weekly check-ins to stay up to date with each other.

$125/month

Detailed Nutrition Recommendations + Meal Ideas Sheet

Along with macronutrients recommendations, we will take it a step further and give you a Meal Ideas sheet. This is intended to take your nutrition a step further with shifting your perspectives on food and directly teaching you how to include all the foods you love while still smashing your goals.

Option of Weekly Calls

Weekly check-in calls with me will not be mandatory but will be an added feature for you to be able to chat with me 1:1 throughout your journey as struggles arise or you just need extra help.

Level 1 (Workouts Only)

GUIDANCE + ACCOUNTABILITY

This level is ideal if you are looking for guidance in the gym, form tips, or overall workout structure but feel sound in your nutrition. If you are confident in fueling yourself well and have a good relationship with food, this level is perfect for you!

Level 2 (Workouts + Macros)

GUIDANCE + ACCOUNTABILITY + FUEL

Level 1 sounds great but not quite enough help? This might be the level for you. This will build on top on level 1 and add some nutrition guidance as well. If you struggle with understanding how much to eat or want to learn more about better fueling yourself for you goals, this will be a better fit!

Level 3 (Workouts + Detailed Nutrition)

This level is best for you need more one-on-one time with me week by week to maintain motivation/accountability AND if you don’t think that macro recommendations will be enough guidance for you. If you struggle with your relationship with food or feel as though you need more detailed nutrition guidance than just macro goals, this will be far more helpful. You will get the option to schedule weekly calls with me so that check-ins can be more in depth as well.
