These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of services provided by Bumpy Road Productions (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using our services or website https://www.bumpyroadproductions.com, you agree to these Terms.

SERVICES
Bumpy Road Productions provides creative production services and may offer digital products. Services may include video production, content creation, and related deliverables.

ELIGIBILITY
Use of our services is open to all users. By engaging with us, you confirm that you can legally enter into a binding agreement.

PAYMENTS

We accept payments via invoices and payment links

Services may be offered as one-time or recurring payments

Failure to make payment may result in suspension or termination of services

REFUND POLICY

Full refund if the project has not started

Concept Development Guarantee: We will continue revising a concept until you are satisfied or your deposit is returned

Once a concept is approved, the deposit becomes non-refundable

Deposits/retainers are non-refundable once used to secure scheduling

If a project is canceled mid-way, billing will reflect work completed and no refunds will be issued for completed portions

Custom work is non-refundable once final deliverables are provided

Monthly retainers are non-refundable for unused portions of the billing period

If a refund is issued, the client forfeits all rights to use any associated deliverables or intellectual property

CANCELLATION & TERMINATION

A minimum of 7 days written notice via email is required for cancellation

For recurring services, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle

We reserve the right to terminate services at our discretion

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content created by Bumpy Road Productions, including but not limited to concepts, characters, scripts, formats, branding elements, jingles, and final deliverables, remains the property of the Company.

Clients are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use delivered content for their business purposes.

Clients may not:

Copy, resell, redistribute, or repurpose the content outside the scope of the license

Transfer rights to third parties

Recreate or reproduce proprietary concepts without written permission

ACCEPTABLE USE
You agree not to:

Use our services for unlawful purposes

Misuse or attempt to exploit our systems

Interfere with service delivery

Engage in abusive or harmful conduct

SMS COMMUNICATIONS
By providing your phone number, you consent to receive SMS messages from Bumpy Road Productions.

Messages may include transactional and marketing content

Message frequency may vary

Message and data rates may apply

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
