Frequently Asked Questions
How long does the customization process take?
We like to allow 7-8 weeks once your order is complete, but we shoot for 4-5. While these timelines are driven by you, we typically factor a week for design and 1-2 weeks for your athletes to place their orders. We can move faster, but your pace determines ours... race ya!
Can I request samples or prototypes of the gear before placing a team order?
Certainly! Whether meeting up or shipping you samples, we've got you covered. Share our gear with your team before deciding to team up with us. Let's get you geared up!
Is there a minimum order quantity for custom gear?
No minimums on most items (hats, socks and gloves are exclusions)! Ordering over 10 gets improved pricing and waived design fee, but we're thrilled to assist, even if it's just for one amazing jersey. Let's make your gear dreams a reality!
Does Volt offer design assistance or templates for custom gear?
Absolutely! Free design with orders over 10 of each item. Our team is quick and easy to collaborate with, providing edits in just a few days or even live on a video chat. Let's create stunning gear together!
How does the sizing process work for custom apparel?
