In those years I have only had one family member, my sister , that I have helped progress to the next level. 264 student athletes later I am still at it, looking for the 265th perspective student athlete to help finish her journey to the next level

I started coaching when I was 18. My sister player and she was a pitcher. Of course the best was to get athletes to play for you is ask a family member to be a coach of the team. The rest is history. I coached in that program till my sister graduated high school and then took off about 5 years. I loved coaching so got back in to it with one of my old coaches. After a year I decided to start my own program. The TC Tremors, even thou we have rebranded, have been in existence now for 27 years and I don't see any signs of it stopping any time soon. 12U all the way up to 18U teams in the program we help grow the athletes from the first time they touch a bat to the official signing of their letter of intend.

Paul & Stacy
Paul and Stacy Richmond have 29+ years in education, coaching and helping others with the college process.Paul is currently a teacher, high school varsity softball coach and podcast host, who understands the recruiting process. He works with players on not only softball skillsets, but on the metal side of the game as wellStacy is an administrator and past school counselor who has assisted students with college applications, contacting college coaches, narrowing down schools, NCAA registration, and financial aid. In addition to their experience and expertise, they helped navigate the process for their two daughters, who both played D1 softball. Jenna (University of Buffalo ‘21) and Alli (Binghamton University’23)Paul and Stacy enjoy helping others and understand that the right fit is the most important part of the entire process.Last part and understand the process can be overwhelming and stressful. It is beneficial to utilize all resources available to find the right fit.
