“Without darkness, there is no light” - Rumi. On today’s episode, my guest is Jen Roberts. She is the founder of the celebrity favorite The LB Brand and newest creation House of 88. Through processing profound loss in her life, she has been able to turn her string of personal tragedies into empowered transformation. I thought Jen’s story was extraordinary for so many reasons and I also feel like grief and loss leave people….well, at a loss. It’s a part of life - and maybe the change in culture is not feeling so alone when you’re dealing with the toughest situations and seeing what can rise from the ashes. Warning: this episode contains graphic and disturbing content about suicide. Please use caution if this could be triggering.

As for me, I’m building the audience in this podcast so I truly hope you’ll not only subscribe, but leave a review and continue sharing these episodes. I'm also looking for sponsors for future episodes. You can reach me by email, Instagram, or Facebook. Thanks for listening and I'll see you next week!
