This is by far the quickest stack to assemble, which makes setup a breeze. I also love that the top is fully customizable—you can go all griddle, all grates, or even add a center hole depending on how you want to cook. It holds plenty of charcoal and stays surprisingly clean, especially with foil, which made cleanup much easier than I expected.
