Welcome to Hearts & Homes! We are thrilled to have you with us. To get the most out of your training and to onboard effectively, you'll want to go through each of the steps below.

First, PRINT the Team Manual and put into a 3-ring folder or binder. You will refer to this often, especially is your first 90 days.

Fill out the Onboarding Questionnaire. This helps us create your social media intro post for joining our team, as well as gives us some insight into who you are :)

Enter your information into the Team Roster

Familiarize yourself with the Under Contract Modules. This will help you know our process for when you are under contract with a customer as well as what our admin/TC does for you, and what you do yourself.
