Party On Wheels provides party-bus and event-transportation services across Louisiana. All bookings are subject to confirmation.

1.3 Booking & Payments

A deposit is required to secure reservations.
Remaining balance due prior to or at service delivery.
Accepted payments: credit/debit card or approved invoice.
Payment confirms acceptance of all terms.

1.4 Cancellations & Refunds

Cancel ≥ 72 hrs before event → partial refund (minus deposit).
Cancel < 72 hrs → no refund guaranteed.
No-shows forfeit payments.

1.5 Passenger Conduct & Safety

Obey driver instructions and safety rules.
Alcohol 21+ only. No illegal substances.
Damage = billed to booking customer.
Unsafe behavior may terminate service without refund.

1.6 Liability

Party On Wheels is not responsible for lost items, injury due to passenger negligence, or delays beyond our control (traffic, weather, etc.).

1.7 Service Modifications

We may update routes, rates, or policies. Continued use means acceptance of updates.

1.8 Governing Law

These Terms follow the laws of Louisiana, USA. Disputes handled in Louisiana courts.
