What is the WWP Project Management Training?

This is a free, leadership-focused project management crash course offered in

partnership with Willamette Workforce Partnership (WWP). The training helps participants

strengthen project planning, communication, teamwork, and organizational skills that can

be applied across many industries.

Who is eligible to participate?

The training is open to individuals who live or work in Marion, Linn,Yamhill, or Polk

Counties.

Is the training really free?

Yes. The training is fully funded through Willamette Workforce Partnership at no cost to

participants. However, to secure your spot, all required enrollment forms must be

completed and submitted.

Do I need prior project management experience?

No. This training is designed for beginners, emerging leaders, supervisors, and small

business owners. No formal project management background or certification is required.

What topics will be covered?

Participants will learn practical, real-world skills, including:

• Project planning and organization

• Clear communication and stakeholder alignment

• Task prioritization and timelines

• Team collaboration and accountability

• Simple tools and frameworks to manage projects effectively

What is the WWP i-Trac enrollment form and why is it required?

The WWP i-Trac enrollment form is required to:

• Verify eligibility for publicly funded training

• Track participation for workforce development reporting

• Connect participants to future training and employment opportunities

To finalize your spot, this form must be completed and submitted, along with e-signing the required documents.

Do I have to provide my Social Security Number (SSN)?

No.

The updated i-Trac enrollment form includes an option to opt out of providing your

Social Security Number.

• Providing your SSN helps WWP verify eligibility and connect you to future

opportunities

It is not mandatory

• You may choose to opt out and still participate

⚠️Important: Even if you opt out of providing your SSN, the full i-Trac form must still be

completed and submitted to secure your spot.

Will Exit Bliss have access to my SSN or personal data?

No. Exit Bliss does not access, view, or store Social Security Numbers at any time. All

sensitive information is collected and securely managed by Willamette Workforce

Partnership.

What is the time commitment?

This is a short-term, high-impact training program. Specific dates, session times, and

attendance expectations will be shared once enrollment is confirmed.

Is attendance required?

Yes. Because this is a funded program, full participation is strongly encouraged.

Attendance helps ensure you receive the full benefit of the training and supports future

program funding.

Will I receive a certificate?

Yes. Participants who complete the training and meet attendance requirements will

receive a certificate of completion.

Is the training in-person or virtual?

The training format is in-person and will be confirmed and shared in your enrollment

confirmation email.

What tools or materials do I need?

• Access to email

• A notebook or digital note-taking tool

• A willingness to participate and engage

Will this training help me get a job?

While employment is not guaranteed, the training builds transferable, in-demand skills

and may connect participants to future education, training, and employment opportunities

through WWP.

What happens if I don’t complete the i-Trac form?

Your spot cannot be finalized without a completed i-Trac form, even if you meet other

eligibility requirements.

Can I start the forms and finish them later?

Yes, but your spot is not secured until all required sections of both forms are completed

and submitted.

What if I need to withdraw after enrolling?

If your circumstances change, please notify the program team as soon as possible so your

spot can be offered to another participant.

Will there be future trainings like this?

Yes. Participation helps WWP and Exit Bliss continue offering free or low-cost trainings in

the future.

Who is Exit Bliss?

Exit Bliss is the delivery and facilitation partner for this training. All workforce eligibility,

funding, and data collection are managed by Willamette Workforce Partnership.
