The service will be overseen by Mike Padgham, Executive Chairman of Saint Cecilia’s Care Group, who has more than 35 years’ experience in social care and more than 40 years in overall healthcare.

Registered Manager, Learning Disability Nurse and Executive Coach
With 27 years of experience as a Learning Disability Nurse, Lynne Taylor our Registered Manager, brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the role. Her skills in Health and Social Care will ensure that Aster's Specialist Care provides exceptional support and guidance to individuals with complex needs, promoting their autonomy, dignity, and overall well-being

Our Supported Living and Homecare services are vibrant, homely environments where individuals are empowered to explore new activities, grow meaningful friendships, and develop essential independent living skills.
Community Connections
Our Community Hub connection center will not only provide social engagement, but will also offer advice, sign-posting, support, and resources, forming local connections among individuals and families in our area.
Crisis Support
We have allocated emergency beds designed to help prevent unnecessary hospital admissions and serve as a step-down service for individuals transitioning from hospital care to community independent living.
