By purchasing or engaging in our services, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

1. Scope of Services

Design by Lily provides creative services including AI-enhanced digital photoshoots, branding, logo design, website design, and digital headshots (“Services”).

2. Results Disclaimer

While our services are designed to elevate your brand presence, we do not guarantee specific outcomes such as increased sales or engagement.

3. Payment Terms

A 50% deposit is required to book services.

The remaining 50% balance is due before the project begins.

Work will commence on the next business day after final payment.

4. Revisions & Refunds

Each project includes two revisions.

After two revisions, additional changes may incur additional fees.

No refunds are provided after two revisions have been delivered, as collaboration throughout the process ensures alignment.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate and complete information (brand details, photos, login credentials, etc.) in a timely manner.

Delays in client submissions may result in postponed timelines, as projects will be rescheduled around other booked clients.

6. Intellectual Property

Clients own the final deliverables once the project is complete and paid in full.

Design by Lily retains the right to showcase work in portfolios, marketing, and promotional materials.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

Website downtime or internet outages.

Third-party software issues.

Indirect losses such as loss of profits or business opportunities.

8. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes shall be resolved first through mediation or arbitration.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

9. Messaging

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to the shortcode. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

If you experience issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or reach out directly to us at given emails.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

As always, message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. For questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.
