1. Agreement to Participate
By booking your place at the Bali Boxing Retreat (“the Retreat”), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions between yourself (“the Participant”) and DAY ONE COLLECTIVE (“the Organizer”). These terms are legally binding upon confirmation of your booking.
2. Health & Fitness Responsibility
You confirm that you are physically fit and have no medical condition that would prevent safe participation in boxing, fitness, or related physical activities.
You understand that boxing and fitness training involve physical exertion and carry inherent risks, including potential injury.
You agree to take full responsibility for your health, safety, and wellbeing throughout the Retreat.
If you have any medical concerns, it is your responsibility to consult a qualified medical professional prior to attending.
3. Medical Insurance
Participants must hold valid travel and medical insurance that covers overseas medical care, hospitalisation, and emergency evacuation.
The Organizer is not responsible for any medical costs or expenses incurred before, during, or after the Retreat.
4. Media & Content Release
The Retreat will be professionally filmed and photographed for promotional use across social media, websites, and other marketing channels.
By attending, you grant the Organizer permission to use your image and likeness in such content.
If you do not wish to appear in any photos or videos, please notify the Organizer in writing before the Retreat begins, and your preference will be respectfully accommodated.
5. Behaviour & Conduct
Participants must treat all staff, other guests, and local community members with respect.
The Organizer reserves the right to remove any participant from the Retreat without refund for aggressive, dangerous, or disrespectful behaviour.
6. Payments, Cancellations & Refunds
Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferable at the Organizer’s discretion.
Cancellations made more than 60 days before the Retreat start date may be eligible for a refund (minus any applicable fees) or credit toward a future Retreat, at the Organizer’s discretion.
Cancellations made within 60 days of the start date are non-refundable but transferable to a later Retreat(subject to availability).
Cancellations made within 30 days of the start date will forfeit all payments.
Refunds are not available for missed sessions, late arrivals, early departures, or personal circumstances (including illness, injury, or travel issues).
In the rare event that the Organizer cancels the Retreat, all payments received will be refunded in full. The Organizer is not responsible for any other costs incurred (such as flights, visas, or travel insurance).
7. Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver
You acknowledge that participation in boxing and related activities involves inherent risks.
You voluntarily assume all responsibility for any injury, loss, or damage that may occur during your participation.
You release The Retreat Project, its coaches, staff, and affiliates from any and all liability arising from participation in the Retreat.
8. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Indonesia. Any disputes will be resolved under Indonesian jurisdiction.
