By registering for a webinar hosted by Mihwa Yi, you agree to the following terms & conditions, Privacy Policy and to receive SMS and email communications in accordance with these terms and conditions.
Please read them carefully before registering.
Consent to Receive Communications
By providing your phone number and email address during registration, you expressly consent to receive SMS text messages and email reminders from Mihwa Yi related to upcoming webinars, events, and relevant follow-up information.
These communications may include:
Webinar reminders and updates
Event-related follow-ups
Information related to services from Mihwa Yi and its authorized affiliates
SMS Disclosures:
You acknowledge that:
SMS text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system (auto dialer).
Standard messaging and data rates may apply, depending on your carrier and service plan.
Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
Opt-Out of SMS & Email:
You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying
“OUT”
to any text message you receive.
After sending "OUT", you will receive one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed. No further SMS messages will be sent unless you re-enroll by replying "START" or opting in again through the registration process.
To opt out of email communications, click the “unsubscribe” link at the bottom of any email sent by Mihwa Yi.
Once unsubscribed, you will no longer receive marketing emails but may still receive transactional or service-related messages.
Data Collection & Use:
By providing your contact information, you acknowledge that Mihwa Yi may collect and use your personal data (including name, phone number, and email address) solely for the purposes of sending SMS and email communications.

General Terms:
You represent and warrant that the phone number provided during registration is your own and not someone else’s.
If your phone number or email address changes, you agree to notify Mihwa Yi promptly to ensure continued communication.
Mihwa Yi is not responsible for delays or failures in message delivery caused by circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to:
Carrier network issues
Service disruptions
Device configuration
Governing Law:
These terms are governed by applicable laws in both the United States and Canada. Any disputes arising from the use of this service will be resolved according to the laws of the jurisdiction where you reside.
