How long does a custom build take?

A typical Wildflower residence is 10 to 16 months from architectural drafting to final handover. Our integrated process significantly reduces traditional timelines.

Can we use our own architect?

Yes. While we have an elite roster of architectural partners, we gladly collaborate with outside architects. Our civil engineers and builders will review their plans for feasibility and budget alignment.

Do I need a construction loan?
