Battery Service LA LLC provides mobile automotive battery services, including but not limited to battery testing, delivery, installation, and roadside assistance. Services are performed at the location provided by the customer.

2. Customer Obligations

• By requesting service, you agree to:

• Provide accurate vehicle and location details

• Ensure the vehicle is safely accessible

• Be present or authorize access to the vehicle

We reserve the right to refuse or stop service if conditions are unsafe or information provided is inaccurate.

3. Pricing & Payment

• Pricing will be communicated prior to or at the time of service

• Payment is due immediately upon completion of service

• We accept approved payment methods (cash, card, or digital payment)

• Additional charges may apply for extended wait time, difficult access, or incorrect service details

• Failure to complete payment may result in additional fees or collection actions.

4. Cancellations & Fees

• Customers must notify us promptly for cancellations or rescheduling

• A service fee may apply if cancellation occurs after dispatch or upon technician arrival

• No-shows or inaccessible vehicles may be subject to charges

5. Warranty & Returns

• Batteries may include a manufacturer warranty, subject to their terms and conditions

• Installation and service fees are non-refundable

• Warranty claims must follow the manufacturer’s process and may require inspection

6. Limitation of Liability

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, Battery Service LA LLC shall not be liable for:

• Pre-existing vehicle issues or failures unrelated to the battery

• Electrical, mechanical, or system failures following service

• Delays caused by traffic, weather, or unforeseen events

  In all cases, our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service.

7. No Guarantee of Vehicle Performance

While we provide professional battery services, we do not guarantee that replacing or servicing the battery will resolve all vehicle issues.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Battery Service LA LLC harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from:

• Incorrect information provided by you

• Unsafe service conditions

• Unauthorized use of a vehicle

9. Communications

By contacting us or booking a service, you consent to receive calls, text messages, and emails related to your service, including confirmations and follow-ups.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updated

Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of California
