Crema Artisan Bakers was founded by Tarit Tanjasiri, who began baking at Crema Café on Main Street, Seal Beach in 2006. He travelled the world training at French pastry schools and under world-renowned bread chefs.

In his pursuit of excellence, he grew a deep passion for artisan baking — and in 2012 opened Crema Artisan Bakers to share that craft with restaurants and cafés across Southern California.
