CPR Terms & Conditions

1. Registration & Payment

All participants must complete the registration form and submit payment in full to reserve their spot. Payment is required before the class begins unless other arrangements have been agreed upon with the instructor. No walk-ins will be accepted without prior registration and confirmation.

2. Class Placement

Clients will be placed in the appropriate class based on the information provided during registration. It is the responsibility of the registrant to provide accurate details regarding their profession, certification needs, and scheduling availability.

3. Attendance Policy

Classes begin promptly at the scheduled time. Late arrivals may not be admitted and may need to reschedule. No-shows or late arrivals that result in missed instruction will forfeit their payment.

4. Rescheduling & Cancellations

Customers providing 48 hours or more notice prior to the scheduled class time will receive a full credit of the paid amount, which can be applied toward a future class booking.
For requests made less than 48 hours before the class, the customer will receive a 50% credit which can be used for a future booking.
Cancellations or no-shows occurring with less than 12 hours' notice will result in the forfeiture of the full payment, and no credit will be issued.
All issued credits expire six (6) months from the date of the original cancelled class.

5. Refund Policy

All payments are non-refundable. In cases of emergencies, refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of the instructor.

6. Certification

Certificates, if applicable,  are issued to students who attend the full class and successfully complete the requirements of the course. Certification is valid for two years and will be provided electronically. Delivery times may vary depending on the class type and processing.

7. Health & Safety
If you are experiencing illness or symptoms such as fever, cough, vomiting, sore throat, chills, shortness of breath, or symptoms that could place others at risk, please notify me as soon as possible so we can reschedule your session.  For your safety and others, infection control measures are followed per American Heart Association's guidelines during training.

8. Liability Waiver

By registering for CPR training, you acknowledge that physical participation is required and that CPR instruction may include contact with equipment and practice manikins. You assume full responsibility for your participation and waive any liability against the instructor and/or business entity for injuries, accidents, or losses incurred during training.

9. Class Requirements

Students should wear comfortable clothing. You may be required to kneel on the floor for skills practice. If you have physical limitations, notify us before class.

10. Dismissal Policy
We reserve the right to remove any participant from the class without refund due to disruptive, inappropriate, or unsafe behavior. This includes, but is not limited to, harassment, refusal to follow instructor directions, or any actions that interfere with the learning environment or compromise the safety of others. Maintaining a respectful, focused, and professional atmosphere is required at all times.

11. Weather & Emergency Policy
In the event of severe weather, natural disasters, or unforeseen emergencies, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule classes. In such cases, you will be notified as soon as possible, and alternative arrangements will be offered without penalty.

12. Group & Corporate Bookings.
Additional terms may apply for group, corporate, or on-site training sessions, and will be discussed at the time of registration. Group organizers are responsible for ensuring all attendees receive communication, arrive on time, and meet class requirements. Group deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.

13. Age Requirement
Anyone under 18 must be registered by a parent or guardian.

14. Confidentiality & Privacy

Any personal information collected is used for class communication, certification processing, limited marketing related to our services, and internal records. We do not share your information with third parties without your consent.
