If You cancel a scheduled service, You must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid a cancellation fee. Services canceled less than 24 hours before the appointment may incur a partial charge.

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 14 business days via the same payment method used.

All services are subject to a one-time or recurring payment, depending on Your chosen care plan. Payment methods accepted may include Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or other electronic payment systems.

Payment cards are subject to authorization by Your card issuer. If authorization is denied, We will not be liable for non-delivery of the Service.
