Part 4: Commitment and Business Model Understanding
Our company provides dedicated customer support specialists to our clients. These specialists are employees of our company, not freelancers or contractors, and not employees of the client. It’s important to understand that, meaning:
You must strictly follow our internal policies, including sending daily Beginning-of-Day (BOD) and End-of-Day (EOD) reports.
You must remain responsive and active throughout your scheduled shift. This means responding to your client within 30 mins max and giving updates every 2 hours.
