These Terms & Conditions apply to all members of the Ascend Entrepreneurs Community (Free Tier). By joining the Community, you agree to abide by the terms set out below.

Ascend Entrepreneurs reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of any revisions.

All content provided within the Community, including but not limited to:

remains the intellectual property of Ascend Entrepreneurs unless otherwise stated.

3. Disclaimer

The Community provides educational information, peer discussion, and general business insigh

Ascend Entrepreneurs does not guarantee specific financial, commercial, or business outcomes.

Participation in discussions, webinars, or downloadable resources does not constitute personalised business, legal, financial, or therapeutic advice.

Members remain fully responsible for their own decisions and results.

4. Friendly Engagement Rules

Ascend Entrepreneurs is a professional environment built on respect and integrity.

Members agree to:

  • Engage respectfully and constructivel

  • Maintain confidentiality of shared member experiences

  • Avoid unsolicited selling, pitching, or direct messaging for promotional purposes

  • Contribute thoughtfully and in good faith

Ascend Entrepreneurs reserves the right to remove any member whose behaviour undermines the safety, integrity, or purpose of the Community.

5. Access

Community access may be modified, paused, or withdrawn at any time at the discretion of Ascend Entrepreneurs.

No refunds apply, as the Community tier is free of charge.

By participating in the Ascend Entrepreneurs Community, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

Ascend Entrepreneurs is not about pushing harder

Ascend Entrepreneurs is designed for adults aged 18 and over, because the content, coaching, conversations

and business support are created specifically for adult founders. Unfortunately we cannot allow

under 18s to become members.
