SportsCare Staffing Options

SportsCare offers clients a variety of staffing options to provide flexibility in the ever-changing sports medicine landscape. Staff are employees of SportsCare USA contracted to the provider in a designated role.

Outreach Liaisons

Outreach liaisons manage relationships with multiple schools, community groups, and events throughout the year. Liaisons deliver health education, medical coverage, and patient navigation services to the community and ultimately serve as a healthcare navigator back to the provider.

School Athletic Trainers

School-based athletic trainers are full-time employees assigned to provide athletic training services at a partner school or community organization.

Professional Sports Athletic Trainers

Professional sports athletic trainers are full-time employees assigned to meet the obligations of a provider’s agreement with a professional sports team by providing agreed-upon athletic training services.

Clinic Athletic Trainers

SportsCare provides full-time athletic trainers to support clinics within the scope and limitations of a state-licensed athletic trainer.

PRN Athletic Trainers

PRN athletic trainers provide medical coverage support on an as-needed basis for community, school, and recreational events. PRN athletic trainers primarily work on an hourly basis but may also provide full-time fill-in duty on a short-term basis. SportsCare provides a pool of available PRN staff based on market size and client needs.

Scheduling & Management

SportsCare delivers seamless Athletic Trainer staff management through applications and cloud-based solutions for training, scheduling, payroll, and invoicing.

Human Resources

SportsCare’s contract employment model gives clients staffing flexibility without adding employees. SportsCare provides personnel and all Human Resource services, including recruitment, hiring, training, salary, benefits, payroll services and management. SportsCare team members are W2 employees with benefits including liability insurance coverage.

In her role as the company’s Director of Corporate Services, Lindsay connects both clients and employees with the best practices and network resources of SportsCare.

This includes the on-boarding, scheduling and payroll tools which allow SportsCare to provide flexible staffing options for our clients. In addition, SportsCare Corporate Services delivers access to the company’s Database Tracking Solutions tool and its Project Event Network, two of the company’s primary shared-resource platforms.
