1) Overview

Digital Affiliate Academy (“we”, “us”, “our”) sells access to digital training, resources, and community features. Because digital content can be accessed instantly, refunds are limited and handled case-by-case where needed.

Important: If your checkout page includes a specific guarantee (example: “7-day refund”), that guarantee applies and will override this general policy for that offer.

2) Subscriptions (Monthly / Yearly)

  • You can cancel anytime to stop future renewals.
  • Cancellation prevents the next billing, but does not reverse past charges.
  • Unless a specific guarantee is stated at checkout, subscription fees are non-refundable once billed.

If you cancel, you may keep access until the end of your current billing period (unless stated otherwise).

3) Digital products & instant access

If you receive instant access to members-only training, downloads, templates, or community areas, refunds are generally not provided because the product is delivered immediately.

  • Allowed exceptions: duplicate transactions, billing errors, or proven technical failure on our side.
  • Not refundable: change of mind, not using the product, or results not achieved.

4) Chargebacks and payment disputes

Please contact us first before opening a chargeback or payment dispute. Disputes take time and can delay resolution. If a chargeback is filed without first contacting support, we may suspend access while it is investigated.

We will always try to resolve issues fairly and quickly through support.

5) How to request a refund (if eligible)

Send an email to [email protected] with:

  • Your full name and the email you used at checkout
  • Date of purchase and proof of payment (if available)
  • A short description of the issue

If your request is approved, refunds are processed back to the original payment method where possible. Processing times depend on your bank/payment provider.
